FESTIVAL PASSES

ALL INCLUSIVE FESTIVAL PACKAGES INCLUDE:

  • Registration Fee 

  • Unlimited classes in the level you registered for: 

    • ​Advanced/Professional Level: 14 Master Classes- 75 to 90 minute classes 

    • High Intermediate/Advanced Level: 14 Master Classes- 75 to 90 minute classes

    • Intermediate Level: 12 Master Classes- 75 to 90 minute classes

    • Intermediate Adult Level: 7 Master Classes- 75 to 90 minute classes

  • Access to these festival events are included with an All Inclusive Festival Pass and are complimentary:

    • NEW  THIS YEAR! Parent/Guardian Tap Classes 

    • 1 Tap History Lunch Pass

    • 1 Pass to the All-Star Faculty Panel Discussion and Q&A

    • 1 Pass to the So. Cal Tap Jam

    • 1 Cutting Contest Pass (Must be 13 years+ to participate, all festival attendees are welcomed to watch. Sign up will occur at the festival)

LEVEL INFORMATION:

ADVANCED/PROFESSIONAL LEVEL:

Teen to Adult tap dancers with 5 years or more of advanced level experience. This level is for the mature tap dancer with advanced skillset in technique and musicality. This level moves fast. Must be at least 13 years old.

 

*If a dancer who is under the age of 13 years old registers for this level, they will be asked to submit a video for admission to this level. We will email you once we receive your registration with next steps. 

 

HIGH INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED LEVEL:

Pre-teen to Adult tap dancers with at least 3 years of High Intermediate/Advanced level tap dance training. 

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL:

Youth to Teen tap dancers with at least 4-5 years of tap dance training and at least 2 years of Intermediate level experience. 

 

Advanced Beginner tap dancers, age 10+ with at least 3 years of tap dance training may also take this level but please note this level will be taught at an Intermediate skillset level. 

 

INTERMEDIATE ADULT/TEACHER LEVEL:

The Intermediate Adult level will be an environment meant to inspire, challenge, and elevate tap dancers in a space dedicated to adults ages 18 and up.  With focus on tap exercises, rudiments, combinations,  music theory, and history- tap teachers and adults will be challenged with new ideas and footwork at a pace that is comfortable and understandable. Whether you are a tap enthusiast or a teacher, you will walk away filled to the brim with a better understanding of movement and approach, and lots of information to continually work on long after the festival. This level is great for tap dance instructors who wish not to take the fast paced Advanced/Pro level.

*We will monitor each level and reserve the right to move a dancer to another level depending on skillset. This is done to ensure each dancer is receiving the best instruction and experience, as well as to uphold the integrity of the classroom environment. 

SINGLE DAY PASSES/REFUND & RETURN POLICY/DEPOSIT OPTION

SINGLE DAY PASSES:

Single Day Passes are sold on a first come first serve basis. There are a limited number of these passes available per level. Single Day Passes include all events and classes for the level and day you purchase. This excludes our Profession Show: A Night In Time. Tickets to this show are sold separately and will be offered first to our All Inclusive Pass holders. 

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:

No refunds, all sales are final unless the festival is cancelled by us and/or Government Officials. The safety and health of our staff and attendees are our number one priority. In the event our festival is cancelled due to pandemics and/or natural disasters, or for any other reason(s), we will offer these options:

1. Place funds towards a postponed festival.

2. Place funds towards a future festival. 

3. Refund purchases minus a 3% credit card processing fee and a $25 administrative/registration fee.

FESTIVAL DEPOSIT OPTION:

***No longer available*** 

We are offering a deposit option where one can hold a spot with a $200 (USD) deposit. We are offering a limited number of opt-ins for this option. Deposits are non-refundable (see refund policy on our FAQ page) and the consumer agrees to pay the entire balance whether they attend the festival or not. The remaining balance due must be paid by June 15th, 2021 (no exceptions). A digital invoice for the remaining balance + a 3% processing fee will be sent to the consumer immediately following the deposit made. This invoice must be paid by credit or debit card online. These terms are also listed on the "checkout" page.
