REFUND POLICY 

No refunds, all sales are final unless the festival is cancelled by us and/or Government Officials.

 

In the event our festival is cancelled due to pandemics and/or natural disasters or for any other reason(s), we will offer these options:

1. Place funds towards a postponed festival.

2. Place funds towards a future festival. 

3. Refund purchases minus a 3% credit card processing fee AND a $25 administrative fee.

GIFT CERTIFICATE REFUND POLICY & TERMS & CONDITIONS:​

A gift certificate (or gifted festival pass) may only be used towards a festival pass in 2022 (no exceptions) and may not be redeemed for cash or other goods. No refunds, all sales are final unless the festival is cancelled by us and/or Government Officials.
